Q: How is my order protected during shipment? A: Fresh product is carefully placed into a gold gift box, secured into place with a clear glassine liner, topped off with the gold box lid and then packaged in a secure cardboard shipper box.

Q: When is my order shipped? A: Standard shipping and processing: most orders are shipped from Chicago to arrive within five to seven business days from receipt of your order. Orders for Overnight and 2nd Day Delivery must be received by 1p.m. CST on the day they are to ship out
Q: Can I ship an order to a P.O. Box? A: No. We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes.
Q: Can I ship an order to multiple addresses? A: If you would like to send a shipment to more than one address, you will have to place separate online orders for each destination, or place your order by phone at 1-866-746-2232
Q: How should I ship my cookies and brownies? A: Priority shipping is recommended for all cookie and brownie shipments to guarantee freshness.
Ground shipping will not be offered to the following states for cookies and brownies: AZ, CA, ID, NV, OR, UT, MT, WY, NM, AK, HI and WA. To guarantee freshness product cannot be in transit for more than 3 days. These states can receive a free upgrade to 3 day select in their shipping options.
Orders placed to ship to the West Coast, select Midwest states and select Southern states which are placed after 1PM (CST) on Wednesday, unless a priority service is specified, will be shipped on the following Monday. Once again, to guarantee freshness product cannot be in transit for more than 3 days.
Q: How much extra will priority shipping cost? A: Upgraded shipping options, next day air, second day air and three day select, will be available to the consumer based on the current rate scale for all products. Please see our current rate scale for details but costs can range from $16.95 to $32.95 an order depending on total dollar amount of order and shipping method selected.

PRODUCT FRESHNESS AND STORAGE Q: How long will my cookies and brownies stay fresh? A: Our recipes for cookies and brownies do not include any preservatives or additives. For best taste these products should be eaten upon arrival but will remain fresh for up to 5 days after delivery. Product can also be stored in the freezer for up to 2 months. Allow 30 minutes to thaw before serving.
