At present, we ship to U.S. addresses only. We do however accept orders from any country in the world for delivery within the United States.

How do I place an order?

You can place your order online, 24 hours a day, or call us directly at 1-866-746-2232 Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m (CST). Please note: Orders placed after12::00 p.m. (CST) on Thursday will be processed on Monday. In order to ensure premium quality and maximum freshness upon arrival we do not ship on weekends.

I am also in Madera and saw your company sign off the road. Can I place an order and pickup from your store off Pine St? I do not need it shipped.

What forms of payment are accepted for online purchases?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover credit cards and online gift certificates.

How will I know if my order is confirmed?

If you provided a valid email address during the Checkout process, you will receive an email after your order is placed. This email confirms that we have received your order and are processing your order. Keep this email for your records because it contains your order number and can be used for receipt purposes.

How To Cancel Your Order

How do I change or cancel an order once it is placed?

If you have submitted an order and wish to change or cancel it, contact customer service at 1-866-746-2232. You will receive a refund or credit after the product has been returned and processed. Refunds will be issued based on the original form of payment.

Shipping Rates/Options

How is my order protected during shipment?

Fresh product is carefully placed into a gold gift box, secured into place with a clear glassine liner, topped off with the gold box lid and then packaged in a secure cardboard shipper box.

When is my order shipped?

Standard shipping and processing: most orders are shipped from Madera, CA to arrive within five to seven business days from receipt of your order. Orders for Overnight and 2nd Day Delivery must be received by 1p.m. CST on the day they are to ship out

No. We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes.

Yes, while checking out there is a multiple ship to option. Just choose your quantity and enter the recipients’ information.

How much extra will priority shipping cost?

Upgraded shipping options, next day air, second day air and three day select are available for all products. Costs depend on order size, ship to address and shipping method selected.

How do I redeem a product discount coupon?

Shop on and select the products you want to buy.
  • When you're ready to checkout, click "Shopping Cart."
  • Proceed through the checkout.
  • Enter your Coupon Code (codes are case sensitive) on the Payment page or the Review Your Order page and click "Apply."
  • If you have more than one product discount coupon, simply enter each code and click "Apply" after each one.

Returning Products

What is's Return Policy?

If you are not completely satisfied with a Sinbad Sweets purchase or gift for any reason, please return it for merchandise credit or refund. We accept the return of products purchased from for up to 10 days after purchase. Returns are refunded in the method of original payment.
Please include a note or letter containing the following information:
  • Your name, address, and email address
  • Your daytime phone number, in case we have questions
  • A list of the product(s) and why you are returning the product(s)
Please ship your return package prepaid to the address below. All return packages must be shipped using a service that tracks packages, such as with UPS, FedEx or USPS (ask for services that have tracking options). Then you can use the service provider's online tracking system to know when we have received your package.

Please allow a minimum of 14 days for us to receive and process your return. You can expect a refund within 30 days of when we receive your return credit. Credits are available within 10 days of the return. We'll notify you via email once we've received and processed the returned product(s). We'll credit or refund the value of the merchandise total. Refunds will be given in the same form of payment as the original purchase.
NOTE: We're sorry, but we do not credit shipping costs for returned orders.

How do I purchase a gift certificate?

We offer electronic (delivered via email) gift certificates. To make your purchase, simply:

  • Click "Order Gift Certificates."
  • Fill out the order form and make your purchase.

After you purchase an Online Gift Certificate, we'll send the recipient an email with all of the information they need to use the Gift Certificate at A confirmation email will then be sent to you.

Gift Certificates Regulations

  • Online Gift Certificates must be redeemed through
  • Online Gift Certificates cannot be purchased with another Online Gift Certificate.
  • If the amount of your Online Gift Certificate(s) does NOT cover the total order amount, payment for the balance will need to be covered with a valid credit card.
  • Any amount of money that is left on your Online Gift Certificate will be stored and available for your next purchase.
  • Gift Certificates expire one year from date of purchase.
